Md Abul Hossain Khan Mamun
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mamun is President at Studio 3d, the country’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
During his 30-years career, Mr. Mamun has overseen the construction of some of the country’s most iconic buildings. His current work encompasses several high-profile megaprojects, including Sheraton Dhaka (DCC Unique Complex), The Westin Dhaka, Borak Unique Heights, Borak Zahir Tower, Sonargaon Economic Zone and Splash Works Water Park Ltd etc. Under his leadership, the Construction Project Management consultancy (CPMC) business has grown to one of the largest sectors in the Bangladesh.
Md Rumen Miah
Operation Management, Principal
With over 10 years of experience with international and local projects, Rumen finds his passion in client relationship management, team communication, and project delivery for workplace clients. As the Head of Operations for key clients and the Workplace Studio Leader in Studio 3D’s Dhaka office, specializing in corporate interiors projects, high-rise building construction projects, Rumen’s core strengths are recognized by his detailed organization and communication skills throughout the administration of all aspects of the project process. Rumen leads complex projects through scope definition, strategic planning, space programming, and activities throughout all phases, which speaks to the diversity of his experience and flexibility. His management style, thoroughness, and client approach have built successful, long-lasting client relationships for the studios he leads. Rumen is a CBT&A Certified Industry Assessor and International certified Architectural and Civil CAD (ACAD) professional.

Shabbir is always thinking about what’s next for the building industry. As a sustainability specialist and project architect, he innovates and influences the path toward a more sustainable world. His focus on data, building science, and high-performance design has raised the bar for resiliency and sustainability for countless clients and more than 40 projects. His expertise covers LEED administration, energy modeling and analysis, daylight simulations, whole building LCA, and determining the economic impact of selected building systems and architectural features. Shabbir is also guiding clients to resilient, climatically responsive designs that optimize and promote occupant mental, physical and social well-being.

Mustafiz is a National senior business Leader with a diverse business background spanning across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, logistics at Abul Khair Group and Akij Group. He joined Studio 3D after being a client for 5 years, first at Abul Khair Group where he built, led, and scaled the national workplace function to over 64 districts, followed by overseeing the office portfolio and policy at Abul Khair Group. As a Strategy Director, Mustafiz focuses on working with Studio 3D’s offices in the nationwide on their growth strategies, bringing in the client voice, and advising on large enterprise pursuits. While at Abul Khair Group, he was a participant and faculty member in the company’s leadership development programs. he has lived and worked nationally and is currently based in Dhaka.
